What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and executing a strategic marketing plan

  • Overseeing and running day-to-day operations of the marketing, digital and creative team (6 and counting)

  • Managing all projects and deadlines through Streamtime

  • Driving the team, developing briefs and guiding direction

  • Managing budgets

  • Creating team KPIs, rewards and incentives

  • Working with cross-functional teams, including production and customer experience

  • Ensuring product rollout and ad campaigns remain in sync

  • Reporting on campaign and product performance

  • Staying accountable for keeping the ball rolling across all marketing channels

 

About you:

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills

  • eCommerce marketing experience, either agency or in-house

  • Highly organised and detail orientated

  • A love of data to optimise our communications

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Working within the Digital Marketing team to develop strategies that maximise ROI across all campaigns
  • Managing Facebook and Google Ad platforms
  • Creating new campaigns, implementing bid strategies, audience segment optimisation and ad copy optimisation
  • Analysing insights, researching trends and markets, ensuring strategies are current, relevant and ahead of the game.
  • Using Klaviyo to prepare and send out EDM's as well as setting up email marketing automations
  • Optimizing our online store strategy for sales performance
  • Preparing Digital Marketing reports and having your finger on the pulse when it comes to business performance with the use of Google Analytics and our Subscription Management software
  • Making sure the funnel is solid and converts
  • Evaluate potential digital partnership opportunities for their strategic and financial value

 

About you:

  • Experience managing high growth digital marketing activity, agency or brand experience
  • A background in marketing and communications and demonstrated success in this field
  • B2C experience working with an online retailer or e-Commerce company
  • Impeccable attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for problem solving
  • A positive attitude, an energetic presence and a good sense of humour
  • Commercially minded, you know how to drive revenue as much as engagement

This role is based on the Sunshine Coast.  You can knock out 2 days per week working from home however 3 days need to be in the office, so if you're Brissy based you need to be comfortable with the commute to be successful.
