This next phase of growth calls for a Customer Success Manager - the first in the business to ensure existing and newly on-boarded students are getting maximum usage from the service.  As the best person for the job, you've got a burning desire to build something, and be a part of a growing tech start-up. You thrive on identifying patterns, developing processes, and being a part of the founding team.

Y O U R   R O L E   W I L L   C O V E R :

  • Fielding inquiries from students that may include topics like: app functionality, service feedback or how to use the product
  • Distilling feedback to the product team, ensuring the data is meaningful & usable
  • Implementing minor changes (no coding required)
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to the end user - you've got an infectious passion for people 
  • Designing & documenting processes that can be implemented as the team grows, and playing a key role in growing out the customer success team
  • Helping with the admin that drives the business forward as required
